Requirements / Qualification
Essential education: Bachelor in Social Science, Communication/Journalism or Medical/Paramedical with strong focus on health messaging blended with digital methods. �

Essential education/experience in graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, etc.). �

Practical experience in graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, audio/video editing) blended into community health/digital health promotion. �

Strong coordination skills, team leadership, and inventory management skills. �

Preferable: Experience with survey/data tools (KoboToolbox/Google Forms; Excel/Power BI). �

Language: Fluency in written and spoken English essential; Spoken Chittagonian and Rohingya essential. �

Computer literacy and graphic design skills required (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). �

Responsibilities & Context
Inform patients and communities about MSF and the services it provides. �

Deliver information on specific health topics as per medical priorities. �

Implement health education and awareness activities under supervision of the HPCE Manager. �

Collect health and living condition information of communities to identify vulnerable populations. �

Participate in development and use of IEC materials. �

Support supervisors during community engagement activities and field visits. �

Support digital health promotion (DHP) initiatives, including creative content. �

Compensation & Other Benefits
Temporary contract (8 months) with salary per MSF internal grid (Tk. 68,500 gross). �

2 annual leave days per month worked. �
